* Provide you with a structured 3-month training programme where we will educate you in every aspect of the role of a Recruitment Consultant.
* We are offering you the opportunity to join our team within a specialised area where we will:
* Ensure you get the opportunity to learn, practice and question on each training module.
* Offer you with a blended approach to learning, working within both a classroom and on the job training environment.
* Provide top quality mentoring/coaching from internal recruitment specialist as well as external leading industry experts.
* Specifically assigned Team Mentor to work with you daily on your learning journey as well as having access to Division Heads.
* Offer continuous feedback and progression planning within the areas of Candidate Support, Client Support, Business Development and Recruitment tools.
