This is a full-time, permanent role - Mon to Fri with a competitive salary on offer + healthy commission structure.
As the Parts Manager you will take full responsibility for the successful running of the parts department, providing an excellent service to both workshop colleagues and external customers.
* Ensure all customers’ and workshop needs/requirements for parts are met through product knowledge and effective use of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
* Uphold parts order processes
* Support the monitoring of stock levels
* Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly
* This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A customer facing role requiring ability to guide and advise customers over the phone and online - picking and preparing parts for dispatch.
