FRS Recruitment are partnering with a well established and reputable Agri Machinery Dealership in the Midlands who are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join their team. This is a family run company with a proud tradition within the Agri Industry with a strong, loyal client base.

This is a new role within the company**

This is a full-time, permanent role - Mon to Fri with a competitive salary on offer + healthy commission structure.

The Role:

As the Parts Manager you will take full responsibility for the successful running of the parts department, providing an excellent service to both workshop colleagues and external customers.

* Ensure all customers’ and workshop needs/requirements for parts are met through product knowledge and effective use of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
* Uphold parts order processes
* Support the monitoring of stock levels
* Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly
* This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A customer facing role requiring ability to guide and advise customers over the phone and online - picking and preparing parts for dispatch.
