Sales Representative - Building Materials

As Sales Representative, you will generate building material sales, managing customer relationships and construction related activity with key customers. You must have 2 years' proven building materials sales experience within the construction industry i.e. similar role in a builders merchants or construction-related company and or B to B selling in the construction industry. Excellent knowledge of all building material products. Proven experience in dealing with building contractors and specifiers
Responsibilities
* Engage with key customers and potential contractors offerings to build strong relationships to gain maximum market advantage.
* Promote building material products and services, by regularly visiting and contacting customers
* Preparing quotations for customers and preparing Account Plans to meet sales targets and maintain and develop the relationship with Customers
* Responsible for the commercial management of project management activity.
* Plan each visit and record a visit report as appropriate, enrich the customer database with sales information, collected from the field.
* Responsible for safety aspects for self and others, and responsible for debt management
