FRS recruitment are now inviting applications for the role ‘Key Account Manager’ on behalf of a leading Agri Media business based in Dublin West. This is a full time permanent role.

Reporting to the Senior Advertising Manager, the Consumer Advertising Manager is responsible for managing the development and performance of a specific group of consumer advertising clients (agency and designated direct clients) across all key platforms.

Contract: Full Time Perm

Schedule: Mon – Fri (09.00 – 17.30)

Location: Dublin West (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: 50 – 55K DOE

The Role

* Develop a consumer advertising sales strategy for the Group’s publications and an implementation plan to achieve sales targets.
* Grow consumer revenue across the Group’s publications through new business development and customer relationship management with key advertising agencies and specified direct clients.
* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for the category.
* Work with colleagues in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
* Work closely with the editorial team on publications with a view to maximising opportunities for advertising sales.
* Provide timely reports to Senior Advertising Manager.
* Maintain accurate records of all advertising sales and activity reports.
* Maintain relationships with all clients in the consumer category to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
* Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues.
* Work on any project that senior management or a nominee may reasonably delegate at any time.

The Candidate

* 5 years + experience in a sales or key account manager role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Customer centric.
* Self-motivated, drive to succeed, results focused.
* Team player and ability to work on own initiative.
* Good knowledge of the Agri-food sector.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook. Digital and social media proficiency.
* An ability to inspire colleagues to achieve individual and group targets.

Remuneration

* Bonus: 20% of salary subject to achieving team based KPIs.

* Expenses: business related mileage and expenses will be paid in line with the company’s expenses policy
* Holidays: 21 days per annum + 2 company days. 1 additional holiday after every 4 years’ service, up to a max of 5 days.
