FRS Recruitment are seeking an Assistant Manager for a reputable, family-run and Industry Leading Company based in the Nenagh, North Tipperary region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company during a time of growth, providing a specialist service both in the public and private sector. The Assistant Manager will play an important role within the company - assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the company in addition to supporting the wider team e.g FC, HR.
Overview of duties/responsibilities:
* Supporting General Manager in day-to-day running of company including but not limited to:
* Servicing of existing customer accounts
* Development of new accounts - Business Development/Customer Service
* Route Planning - Drivers and sites serviced
* Assisting HR in recruitment of new staff
* Assisting in sales/marketing drives
* Supporting Accounts/Pay-roll and the wider team when needed
Person Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
* Adaptable, ability to work inter-departmentally
* Strong Organisational skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Driven and motivated - sets high standards in providing a service
* Good admin/IT skills - Ability to use Excel/Microsoft Office Packages with ease. Any previous experience with accounts/payroll is a +
