This is a great opportunity to work in the domestic energy retrofitting sector and work with some of the most recognisable Irish brands (Major Utility company/Financial Institution). As an outsourced sales solution for our industry partners, RIO Enterprises provides a unique fresh approach to sales in the domestic energy market. Offering the cheapest low interest finance to our prospects wishing to avail of our services, our consultative approach ensures customer satisfaction, success and OTE for our surveyors/reps.

Candidate Duties -

  • You will be representing a large well-known contractor partnered with a large utility company and financial institution, offering an extensive range of retrofit energy solutions to the existing housing stock.

  • You will engage with new and existing customers & showcase our outstanding Quality and Customer Service.

  • You will provide solutions tailored to our customer’s needs. To achieve this you will be Confident, Assertive with Strong Communication Skills and a desire to achieve the best result for both the customer and the Company.

Candidate Skills:

  • B2C sales experience - 1 years minimum requirement

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills

  • Technical knowledge

  • Personal integrity

  • Ability to travel

Candidate Requirements:

You will need some sales experience and a proven track record. You will also need your own transport and a valid driving licence.

  • Represent our company’s products and services,

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling

  • Prepare professional working notes

  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilising product demos and presentations

  • Coordinate with a colleague to ensure company targets and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SEAI grant scheme

  • Understanding of energy efficiency in the home & associated products

  • Proven success

  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

  • Strong organisational skills
