The Role:

• Identifying high potential customer accounts and establishing relationships with contacts to enable successful business growth.
• Develop and grow new accounts in the market. Execute the annual sales plan and strategies.
• Devise sales plans that enable the company to obtain new customers.
• Incoming sales enquiries to be dealt with in a timely manner.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts for the company’s markets and business.
• Maintaining close contact with key partners/customers on a regular basis.

The Person:

• At least 3 years sales experience in the construction industry used to dealing with builders, engineers, self builders etc.
• Strong communication skills. High technical competence with a strong business development record and background.
• Must be highly motivated and consistent in their approach. Must have a hard working attitude and be willing to work on your own initiative. In addition must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage your time efficiently.
• The job is full time and a full clean driving licence is required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
