A great package available. Salary is €33,457 BASIC + commission OTE €70,000 (uncapped). Other benefits include Car Laptop, Company Credit Card, Fuel Card, 24 days hols, Pension company contributes 14.5%

The Client

Our Client is a leading name in employee benefits working with companies in a variety of different industries including; public and private sector, transport, councils and industrial. Backed by a charity this company has ethics and boasts a great working environment with most of its 75 staff having service upwards of ten years. A very people friendlt company offering a calm working environment. They are now looking for a Field Sales / Account Manager for the Dublin region

The Candidate

Significant experience in the following:

• In field Sales, account management
• Customer focused
• High attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Self motivated hunter mentality

The Role

Your experience will come from a field based role you will be driven and have the desire to sell through excellent customer service. You must have the ability to close the sale. You will be comfortable to sell to board level and to general staff. Flexible hours are required as some enrollments may need to place early in the day and there maybe a few weekends involved. Both B2B sales experience and B2C will be considered for this role.
