Senior Operations Manager

Senior Operations Manager now required in well established Multinational in Cork. My client specialises in high end consumer brands and this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wishes to report to Director level.

The focus of the Operations Manager is to support the daily execution for a large number of Telcom partners in Europe.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the Order Management process
* Work cross functionally with existing groups to leverage and optimise existing processes and procedures.
* Provide strong input into the demand forecasting process
* Sales Support and Interface management
* Liaise with key customers and supervise escalations management
* New Product Transitions Management working closely with the Readiness Functions
* Establish strategic plans and objectives.

The Candidate must be:

Education/Experience

* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management role is required
* Experience in Operations Management and/or Telco management is a distinct advantage
* Masters/Bachelors degree Level in any of the following disciplines – Sales & Marketing, Economics or Business.
