BPM Sales Solutions are hiring a Team Leader for the Dublin region. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to ensure weekly and monthly targets are achieved while leading from the front. We have several clients throughout the country and our talented team have genuine career opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities of Dublin Team Lead:

·         Manage the day-to-day running of a field based team & venue team.

·         To attend venue stands 3-4 days per week.

·         Motivating and coaching your staff to excel in their sales roles

·         Ensuring individual & Team targets are achieved

·         Training new recruits in the field and on venue

We offer:

·         €21,000 Basic Salary

·         €7000-€10000 on average Individual OTE Commissions- not capped

·         Team Leader commission on every team members sale

·         Full Training and on-going Sales coaching provided.

Qualifications:

About you:

·         Outgoing and enthusiastic person who is motivated to achieve targets.

·         Outstanding communicator who enjoys dealing with the general public

·         1-2 yrs experience in a D2D/B2B/ Retail environment as a Supervisor or Manager is desired.

·         Own transport is essential.
