Our client established for 10 years sells measuring and testing equipment. This company has grown every until 09 ,is coming out of recession strongly and aim to grow again next year. They already have an established customer base in Ireland and indeed are operational on site on a regular basis. Their markets are anyone who manufactures in particular medical devices, automotive and aerospace companies as well as plastics and general engineering. They offer a wide range of equipment and services and aim to develop their market penetration in the whole ofIreland. We are currently recruiting for a sales engineer on behalf of this client The ideal candidate will be an established sales engineer who has experience in the manufacturing industries. Our client will also consider an experienced quality engineer, manufacturing engineer or calibration engineer he/she may not have selling skills at present but this is something that could be developed with the right person who has a commercial aptitude and inherent understanding of measurement principles. This is a key appointment for our client. We need a person who can work on their own initiative, can talk to customers at all levels, focussed, determined competitive and successful. The successful candidate will work from home. Head office in UK will be their operational centre. The right person could develop the market and his/her own team to open a permanent office in Ireland .
