Counter Sales ( Agriculture )

A counter sales assistant is required in the South Offaly area. This is a full-time permanent position in a busy and thriving flagship store.

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a well established agricultural business and further their career prospects.

Duties to include:

Dealing with customers face to face at the counter & also over the phone

Processing customer queries in relation to feed , fertiliser , animal health etc.

Processing Invoices/Orders

Stock Management

Credit Control

Candidate profile:

Must have a strong farming background.

3rd level qualification in Agriculture desirable but not essential.

Experience of dealing with farmers a distinct advantage

Computer Literate

Good attention to detail

Excellent communication skills
