Duties

* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
* Establish and maintain client relationships.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge
* Ensure the distribution of new products
* Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods
* Identify and resolve client concerns
* Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
* Submit details of sales, market and competitor information, and client activity in your area on a weekly basis.

Candidate profile

* At least five years previous field sales experience – preferably selling super premium medical or nutritional products directly.
* A good understanding of concept selling
* A good understanding of the veterinary market and its current challenges.
* A proven ability to persuade and influence others.
* Excellent knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
* A proven ability to adapt sales technique to suit the needs to the customer
* A proven ability to establish, develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* A proven ability to meet and exceed set targets.
* Excellent IT knowledge – especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* A professional appearance, providing a positive company image to the public.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* A Full Driving Licence (endorsements will be taken in to consideration).

Renumeration package

A basic salary of 30-35k & bonus of up to 8k with company car.
