Business Development Manager – International Sales

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our client’s Sales Team based in the Far East.

Working primarily from our client’s Northern Ireland Headquarters, you’ll co-ordinate the team’s day-to-day tasks to maximise sales of the company’s leading toxicology solutions.

You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers in order to drive new business opportunities and increase revenue.

As part of your role, you will be required to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience in an international sales environment
- Proven experience of successfully managing a sales team
- B2B and distributor management experience
- At a minimum, a 2:1 degree in a business or scientific discipline
- A valid driving licence with the willingness to undertake regular international travel

As a Business Development Manager, you must be commercially aware with superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. A target driven approach and the ability to manage your time effectively are also key.
