Transpoco seeks an Inside sales / telesales professional to join our growing, and highly ambitious sales team.
Transpoco inside sales professionals are responsible for successfully selling the unique advantages of Transpoco’s products to prospects, primarily over the phone/web. Target clients are companies of all sizes with fleets of vehicles on the road in Ireland and the UK. The role offers uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:
Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Understand what success means for our customers
Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at small and mid-sized companies
Build relationships with prospects in larger enterprises to drive new business
Build a network of relationships in order to influence key people.
Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future
Desired Skills and Experience
Attributes:
4+ years experience in a successful selling environment is essential
Evidence that you can perform above sales quotas in an inside sales environment
Experience working with business owners, and C-level executives
You can understand and help a customer build a business case for implementing a cost saving solution
You get the “right things” done. Accomplishment of day-to-day details reflects ability to set priorities
Makes high-quality decisions that accurately reflect the circumstances and variables in a situation.
You make an active effort towards self-development.
You are organised and efficiently schedule your own time and activities,
You set out steps to reach a goal.
Be fluent in English (fluency in other European languages would be a plus, but not essential)
Experience in a growth company environment an advantage
