Due to continued growth and expansion, our Client are currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The role will lead, manage and develop products within the FMCG market, while developing and managing the field sales teams to achieve the commercial objectives. ( For this role you must have a FMCG background.)
This is a great opportunity for a strong sales manager who can manage a team and work with the MD and Director level. Attractive package on offer for the right candidate.

The Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Overall responsibility for direct customer / channel sales within FMCG
* Customer relationship management and retention
* Market execution, promotional programme development and delivery of same
* Manage the sales team to achieve delivery of sales targets. Motivate and provide support where necessary.
* Acquire new customers through industry contacts and continuously strive to open new accounts
* Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed sales growth.
* Identify and respond to new market opportunities – both customers and products.
* Keep a breast of all competitor activity and marketplace opportunities to ensure that the company remains competitive and ahead of the game in all aspects of the target market.
