As the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with the supervision and ongoing training of the Sales Team, as well as the management of a number of Financial Advisors.

Operating as part of the Management Team, you will report directly to the Senior Partners and will be a key element in the execution and realisation of the company business plan.

You will design and implement business development projects, driving your team to ensure targets are achieved.

As part of your role, you will be required to travel within Ireland to meet customers and further your team’s accomplishments.

To be considered, you must have:

- Experience as a sales manager working within the financial services sector
- Personnel management experience
- A QFA qualification

Driven and motivated, as the Sales Manager, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership, influencing and motivational abilities are also key.
