Sales Executive – POS + Print + Packaging - €60k OTE + Car
Our client is involved in the manufacture & sale of Point-Of-Sale Displays for the Irish market. As part of their continued growth and ambitious plans for the future they wish to recruit a Sales Executive. The role involves assisting the sales team with the development of the existing customer base and taking an active role in identifying new sales opportunities.
The successful candidate with be a member of the Company’s sales team, reporting directly to the General Manager. They will be responsible for:
* The management of a portfolio of existing accounts. He/she will be tasked with developing these accounts and also identifying new business opportunities.
* Providing accurate information to the Design Department to ensure they can provide the best solutions possible.
* Submitting sample requests to the Design Department and monitoring their progress against agreed delivery times.
* Generating sales enquiries / specifications for estimating.
* Forwarding quotations to customers.
* Daily liaison with customers. This includes ensuring prompt, courteous and effective responses to customer enquiries and ordering.
* Monitoring customers’ sales orders daily to provide them with updates if necessary.
* Maintaining good communication with other departments particularly Production regarding capacity, service and quality issues.
* Any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the Sales Manager.
The role demands a person who will be flexible and creative enough to work within the demands of a fast changing business environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 years+ experience in a sales role.
* Experience of dealing directly with marketing professionals and/or the FMCG industry.
* Demonstrate excellent standards of communication.
* The energy, flexibility & commitment to work in a customer focussed business environment.
Remuneration:
* Salary range €38k - 45k
* Bonus potential €15k
* Car, mobile, etc
