Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant

Duties:
• Receive and host clients and visitors.
• Develop and present clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective clients.
• Develop business relationships at various levels interacting with accounts in person, via telephone and over the web.
• Negotiate and implement contracts, closing sales to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy record of all correspondence, reports and related materials.
• Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person when required.
• Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
• Participate in trade shows and customer events.
• Liaise with interior designer and suppliers on fit out of bathrooms.
• Manage accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and forecasts.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Use of basic packages to prepare correspondence, reports, presentation, documents and related materials.
• Maintain the company website and social media page.
• Collaborate with managem3ent on the company advertising and marketing campaign.

Working alternate Saturdays.
