CLIENT: Our Client is a strong Enterprise Partner specializing with additional accreditations in Localisation.

TITLE: Business Development Manager


Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is primarily focused on delivering profitable sales of the company's suite of products and services to agreed sales targets and with target verticals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a sales role that is being created on the back of strong revenue growth in Ireland to win new customers and projects. Will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from identifying leads to closing contracts.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy.
Developing and driving a sales plan that grows company presence in Ireland
This will include establishing contact with new customers, promoting company offers and negotiating and closing business contracts
Building relationships with Senior Managers, Directors
Managing the overall sales relationship with the client
Strong selling skills with experience of providing business Infrastructure and IT customer focused solutions primarily but not exclusively to the services sector.
Strong experience in selling Infrastructure and Managed Services.
A proven track record of selling to large enterprise customers
Experience of selling services and solutions


Personal Requirements:
Proven Track Record in the ICT Localisation and Services Solutions market in a similar type company.
7 Years experience in a similar position and proven Target achiever.
Experienced in dealing at Enterprise Corporate Level.
A good understanding of ICT Infrastructure specifically in the area of Virtualisation and Storage Area Networks in order to present knowledge credibility in front of the client.An in depth client knowledgebase with proven networking capability.
Previous Vendor one to one Relationship. Experience in dealing with HP solution account executive and management team would be advantageous.



Salary: This position attracts a basic salary of €50 - 60k basic, expected OTE of €120k.
