Title: Enterprise Software Sales Consultant- Commercial

Job Description:
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is primarily focused on delivering profitable sales of the company's suite of products and services to agreed sales targets and with target verticals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supported by a comprehensive marketing and lead generation effort, the candidate will deliver on new business targets from identified verticals using advanced needs analysis skills
Interact with existing customers and establish a Next Steps program for each
Identify growth and upgrade opportunities within the existing client base
Prepare and present detailed solution proposals to new clients
Build relationships with existing and new Referral Partners and Resellers
Assist the Project Management team to design an implementation plan for each new client
Maintain close working relationships with colleagues
Weekly forecasting and reporting as required

Experience & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience selling complex integrated business solutions to the mid-market
High level of understanding of various business structures with exceptional business and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills while presenting to senior management and Board level with client organisations
Computer literate with a good knowledge of mid-market technology
Exceptional ability to identify and communicate business needs
Deep knowledge of the consultative sales process
Active and inclusive team player with a strong sense of presence, energetic and inspiring.
Brings a sense of urgency to situations, demonstrates an active approach, willing to get involved in order to increase the pace and achieve goals and objectives

Personal Requirements:
Business, financial or technical degree/qualification preferred but not essential
Proactive approach to market growth
Focused and driven to succeed

Salary: This position attracts a basic salary of to €75k basic, expected OTE of €130k.
