As part of our regional growth strategy we have an immediate need for Recruitment Consultants to trade indiscipline's such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technology and Marketing. The positions will be initially based in Dublin.
You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within one of our disciplines. This will require you to partner with senior decision makers within organisations determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also be required to build and maintain a strong network of job seekers within these industries and conduct candidate interviews. With many of the technical businesses in start-up mode there will initially be a heavy focus on business development, commercial calling and client presentations.

Who we're looking for
You are degree qualified with either commercial Business to Business solution sales experience or demonstrable track record of achievement in academia, sporting or other. You have a solid track record of success far, entrepreneurial flair is advantageous and you'll thrive in a meritocratic environment. You must demonstrate a strong flair for client facing roles and the ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation. You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be confident and capable enough to partner with people at all levels within an organisation.
