Outbound Telesales Exec.

Calling prospective client/members. To sell our services as an Employers Representative Organisation to business owners / managers.

The ideal candidate will;

Have the ability to generate new leads and business contacts

Be a Target achiever and results focused

Have active listening skills and be an excellent sales communicator

Motivated by achieving the results expected.

Have a Track record of having consistently delivered in a target driven, business development environment

Be Capable of working on own initiative but also in a collaborative manner within a team

Have Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with brilliant organisation, planning and time-management skills.

Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in a B2B outbound & cold calling telesales role, a stable work history and ambition to have a successful career within sales.
