SALES MANAGER
The company offer a complete solution on all purchasing needs and requirements for the Hospitality sector with particular emphasis on food & beverages, catering equipment & supplies and laundry. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their ambitious team. The ideal candidate must have
a proven track record in sales, previous sales management experience with industry experience being essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales development in line with the company’s ambitions, management of a 4 member BD team and key account management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
● To achieve defined personal and team sales targets within margin and timeline requirements.
● To manage all aspects of targeted major accounts, in order to retain and develop the relationship.
● Manage full cycle sales process to deliver sales success on an ongoing
basis throughout the year.
● To manage and develop a sales team and grow that team in accordance with business requirements.
● Work with existing customers to strengthen relationships, generate new business opportunities and
obtain referrals.
● Manage efficient journey planning & scheduling of meetings to maximize effectiveness among the BD
team members.
● Accelerate sales cycles, demonstrate best sales practice and close down sales through field trips.
● Consistently ensure high standards in making presentations with regular field trips with BD team.
● Develop new business opportunities to fuel the continued growth of the Hospitality & Nursing Home
sectors in 26 counties.
● Maximise current strategic relationships with suppliers while developing new relationships.
● Provide new client testimonials on a monthly basis to be used by team to highlight work undertaken
& increase profile within business
● Optimize ongoing marketing, publicity and PR events to increase base sales.
● To manage the orderly transfer of projects from sales to operations once orders are secured.
● To report to the General Manager on prospect pipeline forecasts on a weekly basis through the
company’s reporting structure.
● To develop account plans and development strategies within the major accounts area.
● To adhere to the company’s procedures in the area of order processing, margin controls and cost control process.
● Preparation of the annual budget and sales forecasts for Southern Ireland.
● Provide sales reports and forecasting information using the CRM system.
● Actively contribute and participate on the Company’s executive and management team.

Qualifications & Experience Required
● Strong experience is dealing with senior executives in Hospitality.
● Ability to manage procurement sales engagements through the full sales cycle supported by a proven track record in sales management in the Hospitality sector.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to implement the required structure to professionally manage the sales process from start to finish.
● At least 7 year's sales management experience in B2B selling.
● Demonstrable track record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs.
● Experience in account management and relationship management.
● Ability to work as part of a strong team in a high performance environment.
● Degree or equivalent experience.

Remuneration:
The base salary is expected to be €70k plus uncapped commission plan (€100k OTE). A €600 car allowance plus fuel card is also offered.
